Connecting Your Email to Inbox Athletics

Inbox Athletics organizes your recruiting communication around colleges, not individual coaches or individual emails — connecting your inbox is what makes that possible.

What connecting does

Once your email is connected, every message from a coach or program is automatically attributed to the right college relationship, threaded together, and summarized so you can see where things stand at a glance instead of digging through a crowded inbox.

What it doesn’t do

Connecting your email doesn’t send anything on your behalf without your review, and it doesn’t share your inbox contents with anyone outside your account — including parents, unless you’ve explicitly connected a parent to your account.

Getting started

1. Go to Settings → Email Accounts.
2. Choose your provider and complete the sign-in flow.
3. Give the initial sync a few minutes to pull in recent history and organize it by college.
